For those new to yoga, we recommend that you start with any of the following: Hatha Basics- Beginner Level, Iyengar Yoga - All Levels, Gentle Yoga, Candlelight Relax and Stretch Deeply and Restorative Yoga. Each of these classes will provide information on how to perform yoga postures (asanas) properly, while incorporating appropriate breathing techniques (pranayamas). The beginner or novice yoga student will be able to recceive hands-on instruction in a safe and slow-paced class environment, which will allow their bodies adequate time to develop strength and flexibility.
