Core and Back Fitness:

Got back pain? Feeling weak from computer work or driving? Come in and try our Core & Back Fitness class. This 45 minute class will help strengthen your back and core muscles with stability exercises, plyometrics, and Sun Salutations. Support your spine with dynamic warm-ups, back strengthening exercises, and finish with a cool down that will refresh you throughout your day! Bring a mat, towel, and water.

Gentle Yoga:

This slow but deep practice focuses on active relaxation, achieved through stretches and healing postures that help the body and mind slowly unwind. Yoga props (bolsters, blankets, straps and blocks) are provided and used to assist each student’s individual process. Postural modifications are introduced to accommodate students with physical limitations, such as physical injuries, difficulty with balance, and restricted range of motion.

Iyengar Yoga:
Iyengar Yoga, one of the world's most widely-practiced forms, emphasizes correct alignment of all parts of the body within each yoga pose. This precision builds strength and stamina--balance and flexibility--and a new sense of well being.
 
Achieving meditation in action, students learn to exist fully and vibrantly in the present moment.
Kundalini:
Lunchtime Flow:

This 1 hour flow class gives you a much need break in your day to reduce stress and give you the energy to finish your day strong. All levels.

Mat Pilates:

Precise movements and diaphragmatic breath will strengthen your core, working the body from the inside out, to achieve strength, flexibility, and a balanced physique. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles. 

Power Flow:

All Level Vinyasa is a mixed-level class and an energetic, flowing series of postures that are synchronized with the breath. Each class is different, and every teacher brings a unique style to the class. Every practice is intended to be a complete experience, leaving you centered, grounded, and refreshed.

Pre-Natal Yoga:
Restorative Flow:

This class begins with vinyasa - flowing sequences connected with the breath; and winds down with restorative poses and deep stretching. Appropriate for all levels.

Restorative Tai Chi:

In this dynamic class you will learn to sense and harness Chi energy, stretch to feel good, use Chi Qong to break up energy, Tai Chi to move energy through the body, and Wing Chun to release explosive Chi power. 

Restorative Yoga:

This therapeutic class opens with deep stretches and moves into relaxing, prop-supported poses. Techniques such as pranayama (breath control) and guided mediation are used to quiet the mind, cultivate awareness, and prmote health, relaxation and wellbeing.  Most postures are reclined and suited for those recovering from physical injuries or strenuous activity. Yoga props are provided. All levels welcome.

Therapeutic Restorative Yoga:

Therapeutic Yoga is a carefully designed collection of restorative yoga, breath work, and guided meditation that is perfect for working with injury or illness. Therapeutic yoga helps manage the effects of illness and stress, relieve pain and attain peace of mind. each pose is carefully adapted to suit the individual needs of each student. This class is appropriate for all abilities and levels of health, and no prior yoga experience is needed.

All Level Vinyasa is a mixed-level class and an energetic, flowing series of postures that are synchronized with the breath. Each class is different, and every teacher brings a unique style to the class. Every practice is intended to be a complete experience, leaving you centered, grounded, and refreshed.

Vinyasa Flow - Level I:

Level 1 Vinyasa is a great place to start for those new to the style, or anyone who loves the flow but desires a more mellow-paced class. Principles of proper alignment, breathing, and mindfulness are taught in variations of basic poses. This is also a great class for more experienced students to go deeper into the foundation of the practice.

Yoga I/II (Hatha):

In this classic Hatha style you will move through a well-rounded practice that develops overall strength, flexibility and balance. The student will practice integrating breath and postural alignment, while focusing on quieting the mind and staying present in the body. Asanas (poses) will be demonstrated and yoga concepts explained. No prior knowledge of yoga is required. This class is appropriate for all levels and is a great place to start if you are a beginner.

Yoga Tune Up:

Relieve pain and stress by practicing this safe and targeted yoga technique. You will use Therapy Ball products (provided) for self massage and move through a series of distinct, corrective exercises. This head-to-toe program heals damaged muscle tissue, increases range of motion, and boosts the immune system. Safe for beginners and for certain injuries.
