If this is your first class at Back For Yoga, it is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes before class time. You will need to have adequate time, in order to fill out a Student Information Form and discuss any prior or current physical injuries/limitations with the yoga instructor. Restrooms are available for changing clothes, if you are coming directly from work. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that will allow for easy movement and bring a small towel. Studio props are provided for class use and are free of charge. These include: yoga mats, blocks, blankets, yoga bolsters and straps. However, you are also welcome to bring your own yoga mat.
