"I don't always practice inversions... but when I do, I prefer headstand!" Laura first found yoga in the middle of a frigid winter in Colorado at a hot yoga studio. She came for the heat, but she stayed for the unexpected mental and physical benefits. She then began a strong daily home practice, exploring a wide variety of yoga, from Kundalini to Iyengar to Yin and everywhere in between. She then moved to Ohio and continued her practice in a studio offering fun, challenging power and partner classes. As soon as she landed in California, she found yoga calling her name again. Less than two months after moving, she saw the opportunity to begin teacher training with Cloud Nine Yoga and immediately thought "I have to do this." She has completed her training and found her niche as a fun, flowy vinyasa teacher. Her goal in teaching is to spread the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga.
